Sub-drill provides best in class environmental and pressure testing and associated services to API, ISO and SAE standards including Client Specifications.
Qualification Testing Experience
We have extensive experience carrying out API 6A – PR2 and API 6A / API 17D – PR2-F (PR2 including Annex F) qualification testing including hyperbaric testing.
Service & Test Facility
Our service and test facility includes 5 purpose-built test bays providing a wide range of testing capabilities with the ability to house equipment over 18 meters (60 foot) in length.
Our large subsea test pit is used for submerged or partially submerged testing of various types of oilfield equipment, tools and premobilisation testing measuring 8 meters long x 4 meters wide x 3 meters deep providing a versatile, submerged testing facility.
Testing to API / ISO and SAE Standards and Client Specifications in part or in full
• API 6A / ISO 10423 on a large range of equipment types, gaskets and seals. (Assembly / FAT / Hydro & Gas Testing / Flushing / Temperature Qualification Testing PR2 including Annex F – PR2-F)
• API 17D / ISO 13628-4 commonly carried out on Subsea Trees and Modules. (Assembly / FAT / Hydro & Gas Testing / Flushing / Temperature Qualification Testing)
• API 17F / ISO 13628-6 for Subsea Control Systems. (FAT / Hydro Testing & Flushing)
• API 17G / ISO 13628-7 for Completion Equipment / Work Over Riser Joints / Swivels and Connectors. (Assembly / Hydro & Gas Testing / Temperature Qualification Testing)
• API 6D / 6DSS for Surface and Subsea Valves (Assembly / Hydro & Gas Testing / Temperature Qualification Testing)
• API 11D1 / ISO 14310 for Packer and Bridge Plugs (Gas Testing & Temperature Qualification Testing)
• SAE AS 4059 Class 6B-F as standard with additional cleanliness classes available for flushing of Hydraulic Control Systems and umbilicals
