Side Entry Subs / Flanged & Integral
The Flanged and Integral Side Entry Sub from Sub-drill is designed, engineered, and manufactured for offshore drilling, offering a robust solution for drill string side entry and fluid management under various well conditions. Engineered side entry subs offer market leading reliability and performance to enhance your operations are now available with working pressures up to 20,000 psi.
Easy Replacement / Material Advantage / Cost-Effective / Space-Saving Design / Large ID Options / Proven Durability / Flexible Options
Dual Side Entry Option
Flanged or Integral designs eliminate the common issues associated with welded designs, such as welding defects and material property changes that can occur when welding high strength steels eliminates the common issues associated with welded designs, such as stress relief concerns.
The flanged outlet can be replaced as required offering a clear advantage over integral types.
Sub-Drill / DNV and ABS design verification
Finite Element Analysis for Enhanced Reliability
Additionally the sub is backed by Finite Element Analysis for enhanced reliability and features a Dual Side Entry option, providing operators with greater flexibility in their drilling operations and testing operations.
Available with 20,000 psi working pressures.
Features & Benefits
• Easy Replacement: The flanged side entry connection can be quickly replaced if damaged, minimising downtime.
