Sub-drill offer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and System Integration Testing (SAT) to various types of client tools and equipment and in-house manufactured tools and equipment.
Acceptance Testing
FAT and SAT are critical to ensuring equipment integrity before delivery to the end user or installation.
This testing is carried out under controlled factory conditions to ensure strict compliance with acceptance criteria.
Pressure Testing
Gas Testing / Hydro Testing or both are carried out to verify the structural strength / integrity and leak tightness by pressurising new equipment between 1.1x and 1.5x its working pressure depending on the specific equipment. Low pressure testing is also carried out to ensure leak tightness when sealing parts are subject to lower pressures ensuring the equipment retains pressure effectively over its entire working pressure range.
Integration Testing
Integration testing is an important stage of pre-commissioning, by combining Gas and Hydro testing we can validate that an entire assembled system is leak tight. This testing also ensures that every pipe, valve and operational control can operate safely ensuring the equipment will operate as expected before shipping.
